How It Works
Six steps, most of them automatic. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you apply to your final payment.
Complete our secure multi-step application in about 8–12 minutes. You'll provide your personal details, employment and income information, loan amount and purpose, and banking details, then upload a government-issued photo ID plus your two most recent pay stubs (or three months of bank statements if self-employed). You'll get an automated confirmation as soon as it's submitted.
You'll receive a secure link by email to complete identity verification: a quick selfie and a photo of your ID. This typically returns a result within 2–5 minutes and satisfies federal anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements. No credit check happens until this step passes.
Once your identity is verified, we pull your credit report and assess your application against our three-tier underwriting criteria: credit score, debt-to-income ratio, and verified income. If you qualify for less than requested, we'll always offer you the maximum amount you're eligible for rather than a flat decline.
You'll receive a clear email outlining your approved amount, APR, term, payment amount, and total cost of borrowing, all disclosed in plain language, as required under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act.
Review and e-sign your loan agreement and pre-authorized debit (PAD) authorization from any device. Once countersigned, funds are sent to you by Interac e-Transfer, often within 1–2 hours.
Your payments are collected automatically on your agreed schedule by pre-authorized debit, so there's no need to remember a due date. You'll get a receipt after every payment, and you can pay off your loan in full at any time with no penalty.
You can repay your loan in full at any time without penalty. Just contact us for a payoff statement and we'll take care of the rest.
Reach out as soon as you can. We contact borrowers proactively to work out a resolution before anything escalates. Our goal is to help you stay on track, not to penalize you.
